Customized and unique workout plans and fitness testing designed to meet the individuals fitness needs. We use academically tested and proven methods to ensure that training is done safely, effectively and efficiently as possible. Sessions include both 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 personal training sessions.
Injury Rehabilitation sessions are available to those who have been prescribed recovery exercises by a doctor, physiotherapist or a chiropractor. The focus of these sessions is to conduct recovery exercises along side a trained kinesiologist, strengthen surrounding muscle groups and improve the clients physical condition to that before the injury (or better).
Functional movement assessments in the workplace. This service runs similar to a hands on workshop. It involves the kinesiologist screening and analyzing functional movements in order to asses the risk of workplace injury. Subjects will learn the correct way to move while under strain, lift/pick up heavy objects and utilize their core strength to prevent future workplace injury.
